Cosmetics Consultant
Business Manager
What being an Oriflame
Consultant means
Being able to afford your dreams. Developing your self and your capabilities as a person. To be able to own your own business without the cost of starting from nothing. To be incharge of your life and your time.
Have you ever wanted more time with your family or to yourself?
Time is the most precious comodity we have.
Oriflame can help anyone who wants to achieve their goals and dreams, it all starts with you.
What do you want?
The first step - Showing the
catalogue.
Many Oriflame consultants say that the catalogue is
the shop and it sells for them, almost
everything is described
in it if you
would
like to know a bit
about any product.
Your sales can increase with knowing how to speak to people and finding out what they need, what do your customers use everyday?
Because we provide information in our catalogues, trainings and product information, this is excellent for someone who is
just starting out.
It helps them to get to
know what the products
do
and what would be
best suited for certain clients or prospective people. This make it easier to
recommend products and
building a product knowledge base.
The client is impressed
as you are then able to pick certain product best suited to to their skin or conditions and makes it a personal experience.
This is always
appreciated.
All that
is
needed to begin
with is to read through the catalogue, or attend a training. Show it to your friends, neighbours and
colleagues, everyone you
can think of. Let
them
look through the catalogue.
Don't just stop there, ask others, find
out what they are currently using. If there is
something you can recommend or you feel will help them better,
see if they
would like to order
that product(s).
It is good at this point to have looked through the
c
atalogue already and
tried a
few products yourself, before you
go
around showing
people the catalogue. This way you can
recommend items as you
now have experience of
using it yourself and
can describe the
effects.
You may also want to speak to your Manager regarding
products and ask them to help you
with
Ideas
and
recommendations for
displaying. People
appreciate this way as
it is an easy, personal
way to shop.
Increasing your
orders
Take your business a step further by choosing
to delivery catalogues around your
neighbourhood. Start
by introduce
yourself as an Oriflame
representative, give
them
a catalogue and inform them you will be
around
on such and such
a
date to collect the
catalogue.
It
is important that
you
do
not sell them anything right there as
they
will more than likely
refuse. Be happy and
polite and thank them
for there time and then
see the next
house.
People buy from people
if you make
an
impression as a friendly person
instead of a sales person you will
get a
better response.
Select the area you feel comfortable, try not to
judge houses as the first two drop might not
bring in many as you
are
new to the
people.
The second step - Demonstrations
Like the first step you can look through
and use the information provided on the
Catalogue to create
your
own presentation/
demonstration, focus on some
products that
you
enjoy
using and
talk/describe them and the effect that they will
produce. Targeting specific products for
certain people (age or skin
type) will help
them
relate to the products and your group
will
enjoy and talk about them as you pass
around
testers.
A
demonstration can take
around
1-2 hours, you could offer
facials for
your clients
or raffles if you have a few gifts to
thank you group for
attending.
(trainings are provided for demonstrations)
Actively questioning your group can help you direct
where you are wanting the demonstration to go,
or to lead on to
topic you wish to bring
up next if your stuck
you can ask your
audience for their
experiences, opinions
or what their skin
type is like.
Training can be arranged through your manager,
please see them for more details. Your manager
can train you on how
to
perform a
professional
facial and how to
organize a presentation.
Earn £45 per
hour
Let us say you
show 60 people and
that
15 of these people
place and order with you
the average order
value being
£20
(equals 3-4
products each).
Your order total is overall £300
You will receive 30% commission from this order
due to it being over £110.
This
means your profit is
£90
You only pay £210 to Oriflame for the products the
rest is yours.
The third step -
Building your Team
Building a team is relatively straight forward
process, please notify your manager as they
can help you to start
recruiting. They may
have more experience
than you at this stage,
(if not then
best of
fortune to you you
are on of the select few
who can brave the
outside world) you
must be aware that
everyone is
different.
Once your manager is aware that this is what you
want to do they are in a better posistion and
can help to support or
guide you in the
direction you want to
go. If you don't tell
anyone
what you are wanting to do, no one will
know
you need
help.
Your first task is to recruit others into your
team, gathering people who want to make money,
have fun doing
something
they enjoy,
build a
career, help others, there
are many
reasons
why
people join so don't
thin that there is only one
way.
Please refer to how to fill
out a registration form
from the Consultants
page.
Once you have your first recruits signed up they
need to make themselves active by placing
their first order,
otherwise they will only
be
a signed for and will not register as a
consultant.
Explain
to them the benefits
they receive and what
they can earn.
Select individuals that want to succeed and show
them how to grow as not everyone wants to do
what your
doing and
you cannot manage
everyone by your self. If
you help
others to
grow
you become more
successful and you make a massive
impact in
other peoples lives when you show
them how to
succeed.
In our market Oriflame's pay plan is
second
to none, the same
can be said for
our products we provide.
Please refer to the Oriflame
Success Plan for what
Oriflame offers
you
in earnings per
level that you
achieved.
Oriflame gives you commission for the
sales your team
makes. This does not count
what your team
earned
for themselves however, you
calculate the
sales by
the commission points earned from
your group
(this the the catalogue prices
minus the
direct
commission your team members have earned
from their own
orders. Now you are
left with what
Oriflame
received for the products you
group have sold, you
will
receive a commission from
Oriflame for
the orders that
have been
received.
